摘 要:卵巢癌是一种致命的妇科肿瘤,目前卵巢癌的研究平台主要使用2D细胞系培养和异种移植,两者均有其相应的局限性。类器官是一种体外3D培养模型,能够高度还原患者体内病变部位的组织学和基因组特征,维持肿瘤细胞的高度异质性。除此之外,类器官在基因分析、药物筛选和药物敏感性测定等方面具有强大优势,可以用作卵巢癌研究的临床前模型。 |

Abstract: Ovarian cancer is a common gynecological tumor, and the current research platform for ovarian cancer mainly uses 2D cell line culture and xenotransplantation, both of which have their limitations. Organoids are in vitro 3D culture model which highly restore the histological and genomic characteristics of lesions in patients and maintain a high degree of heterogeneity of tumor cells. In addition, organoids have advantages in gene analysis, drug screening and drug sensitivity assessment, which can be used as a preclinical model for ovarian cancer research. |
