| 摘 要：［目的］ 探讨血管抑制蛋白1(Vasohibin-1，VASH-1）在乳腺组织中表达及其意义。［方法］采用免疫组织化学方法分析Vasohibin-1蛋白在165例原发乳腺癌组织和癌旁组织中表达情况，并分析其表达与临床特征及预后的相关性。［结果］ Vasohibin-1在乳腺癌组织、癌旁组织中的阳性表达率分别为51.52%（85/165）、26.06%（43/165），差异有统计学意义（χ2=22.514，P＜0.001）。乳腺癌组织中血流丰富区域 Vasohibin-1 阳性表达率高，乏血供区域Vasohibin-1表达率低，两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=9.087，P＜0.05）。乳腺癌Vasohibin-1阳性表达组5年生存率优于Vasohibin-1阴性表达组，差异有统计学意义（χ2=4.783，P＝0.029）。［结论］ Vasohibin-1在乳腺癌组织中高表达，特别是在血供丰富的部位，其表达与预后相关。 |

| Abstract： ［Objective］ To investigate the expression of Vasohibin-1(VASH-1) in breast cancer and its clinical significance. ［Methods］ The expression of Vasohibin-1 in 165 samples of primary breast cancer and adjacent tissues was analyzed by immunohistochemistry， and the correlation between its expression and clinical features and prognosis was analyzed. ［Results］ The positive expression rate of vasohibin-1 in breast cancer tissues and adjacent tissues was 51.52%(85/165) and 26.06%(43/165)， respectively(χ2=22.514， P<0.001).The positive expression rate of vasohibin-1 in breast cancer tissue with rich blood flow was higher than that in areas lack of blood supply(χ2=9.087， P<0.05).The 5-year survival rate of patients with vasohibin-1 positive expression was higher than that of patients with negative expression(χ2=4.783， P=0.029). ［Conclusion］ Vasohibin-1 is highly expressed in breast cancer tissues， especially in the blood rich sites， and its expression is related to the prognosis. |
