| 摘 要：［目的］ 探讨鼻咽癌组织中人交界粘连分子(junctional adhesion molecule，JAM-A)蛋白表达及其意义。［方法］ 收集100例鼻咽癌病例标本(实验组)及50例鼻咽部黏膜增生息肉标本(对照组)。采用免疫组织化学法染色测定鼻咽癌组织中JAM-A蛋白表达；采用荧光定量PCR法检测JAM-A mRNA表达；采用Western Bolot实验检测JAM-A蛋白表达。［结果］ 实验组JAM-A阳性表达率（63.00%）高于对照组（12.00%）（P<0.001）。不同性别、年龄、T分期、临床分期、分化程度鼻咽癌患者间JAM-A阳性表达率差异无统计学意义（P均>0.05）；有淋巴结转移者JAM-A阳性表达率高于无淋巴结转移者（P=0.003）。实验组JAM-A mRNA表达量高于对照组（P<0.001）；不同性别、年龄、T分期、临床分期和分化程度患者间JAM-A mRNA表达量差异无统计学意义（P均>0.05），有淋巴结转移者JAM-A mRNA表达量高于无淋巴结转移者（P<0.001）。实验组JAM-A蛋白表达灰度值高于对照组，且差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。［结论］ 鼻咽癌组织中JAM-A蛋白呈高表达，且其表达与淋巴结转移相关。 |

| Abstract：［Objective］ To investigate the expression of junctional adhesion molecule(JAM-A) protein in nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC) and its significance. ［Methods］ One hundred NPC tissue specimens(NPC group) and 50 specimens of nasopharyngeal mucosal hyperplasia polyps(control group) were collected. The expression of JAM-A protein in tissue specimens was detected by immunohistochemical staining. The expression JAM-A mRNA and protein was detected by fluorescence quantitative PCR(qRT-PCR） and Western blot，respectively. ［Results］ The positive expression rate of JAM-A in NPC group was significantly higher than that in the control group(63.00% vs 12.00%，P<0.001). There was no significant difference in JAM-A positive expression rate among NPC patients with different gender，age，T stage and differentiation degree(all P>0.05). JAM-A positive rate in patients with lymph node metastasis was higher than that in patients without metastasis(P=0.003). The expression of JAM-A mRNA in the NPC group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.001). The JAM-A mRNA expression was not correlated with gender，age，T stage，clinical stage and differentiation degree of NPC patients(all P>0.05). JAM-A mRNA expression in patients with lymph node metastasis was higher than that in patients without metastasis(P<0.001). The gray value of JAM-A protein expression in the NPC group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). ［Conclusion］ JAM-A protein is highly expressed in nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissues，which is closely related to lymph node metastasis. |
