摘 要:[目的] 研究血小板衍生生长因子-B(PDGF-B)、血小板衍生生长因子受体-α(PDGFR-α)在pN0期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)癌组织中的表达及意义。[方法] 选取2013年3月至2014年3月在我院进行根治性肺叶切除手术pN0期的NSCLC患者50例。取所有患者手术切除癌组织标本以及与癌组织距离5cm以上的癌旁正常肺组织制作标本,免疫组化处理后检测PDGF-B、PDGFR-α表达,并进行相关性分析。[结果] 癌组织中PDGF-B阳性表达率(96.00%)高于癌旁组织(40.00%);癌组织中PDGFR-α阳性表达率(92.00%)高于癌旁组织(40.00%)(P<0.05)。NSCLC患者PDGF-B、PDGFR-α阳性表达率与性别、年龄无关,与吸烟史、肿瘤体积、组织学类型、病理分级以及淋巴结转移有关。有吸烟史、肿瘤体积较大、病理分级较高以及淋巴结微转移的患者PDGF-B、PDGFR-α阳性表达率较高(P<0.05)。[结论] PDGF-B、PDGFR-α参与pN0期非小细胞肺癌的发生与发展,在癌组织中的阳性表达率较高。对临床上pN0期非小细胞肺癌的诊断有着重要的意义。 |

Abstract:[Objective] To investigate the expression and significance of platelet-derived growth factor-B(PDGF-B) and platelet-derived growth factor-α(PDGFR-α) in pN0 stage non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC). [Methods] Fifty patients with pN0 stage NSCLC underwent radical lobectomy from March 2013 to March 2014. The specimens of cancer tissue and adjacent lung tissue were taken,and the expression of PDGF-B and PDGFR-α were detected by immunohistochemical staining,enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and immunoturbidimetric assay. The correlation between PDGF-B and PDGFR-α expressions was analyzed. [Results] The positive expression rates of PDGF-B and PDGFR-α were higher than those in adjacent tissues(96.00% vs 40.00%,92.00% vs 40.00%,respectively both P<0.05).The positive expression rates of PDGF-B and PDGFR-α in NSCLC patients were not correlated with sex and age,but correlated with smoking history,tumor volume,histological type,pathological grade and lymph node metastasis(all P<0.05). [Conclusion] The expression of PDGF-B and PDGFR-α are up-regulated in pN0 non-small cell lung cancer,which may be involved in the occurrence and development of NSCLC. |
