摘 要:代谢组学是一种快速有效识别新的癌症生物标志物的方法,已逐渐成为基因组学和蛋白质组学的补充技术。全文通过整理近五年基于代谢组学技术研究胃癌检测的相关研究,归纳胃癌相关特异代谢产物及物质代谢路径,认为今后可从葡萄糖或支链氨基酸代谢等作为切入点来探究胃癌检测的代谢组学相关物质指标。 |

Abstract:Metabonomics was a fast and effective method to identify new cancer biomarkers,it has gradually become a complementary technology of genomics and proteomics. In this paper,researches in the past five years on gastric cancer detection based on metabolomics technology were reviewed,the specific metabolites and metabolic pathways of gastric cancer were summarized,in the future,glucose metabolism or branched chain amino acids maybe the breakthrough point to probe into gastric cancer detection indicators of metabolomics related material. |
