| 摘 要：RACK1蛋白的异常表达参与胃癌的发生发展，并影响胃癌的淋巴转移。胃癌组织中RACK1蛋白的高表达率与TNM分期、肿瘤分化程度以及淋巴结转移显著相关，RACK1的检测具有较高的临床应用价值。全文就近年来RACK1在胃癌癌变过程中作用的研究做一综述。 |

| Abstract：Receptor for activation protein kinase C-1(RACK1) is a cell skeletal protein. The abnormal expression of RACK1 is related to the occurrence，development and metastasis of gastric carcinomas. Studies have revealed that the expression of RACK1 protein is correlated to TNM stage，tumor differentiation and lymphatic metastasis of gastric carcinomas，so detection of RACK1 may be of value in clinical application. The latest research progress on RACK1 in carcinogenic process of gastric cancer is summarized in this review. |
