| 摘 要：［目的］ 探讨益肾化痰逐瘀中药治疗多发性骨髓瘤的疗效。［方法］ 收集血液科门诊符合纳入标准的多发性骨髓瘤患者40例，给予益肾化痰逐瘀中药治疗，对比用药前后的中医临床疗效及实验室检测指标的变化。［结果］ 中医疗效评价临床痊愈14例(35％)，显效14例(35％)，有效10例(25％)，无效2例(5％)，有效率为95％。全组未见明显不良反应。治疗前后血β2微球蛋白、骨髓浆细胞比例、血红蛋白、KPS体能评分均有明显改善(P<0.05)。［结论］ 益肾化痰逐瘀中药治疗多发性骨髓瘤疗效显著，值得临床推广。 |

| Abstract:［Objective］ To evaluate the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) YishenHuatanQuyu(tonifying kidney，dissipating phlegm and removing blood stasis) method in treatment of multiple myeloma. ［Methods］ Forty patients with multiple myeloma visiting outpatient department of our hospital were enrolled and treated with TCM YishenHuatanQuyu method. The efficacy of treatment was analyzed.［Results］ After treatment，14 cases(35%) reached clinical recovery，14 cases were markedly improved(35%)，10 cases(25%) were effective and 2 cases(5%) were invalid with a total effective rate of 95%. No adverse reactions were observed in all patients. The laboratory indicators，including β2-MG，plasma cells，hemoglobin and Kanorfsky performance score after the treatment were significantly improved(P<0.05). ［Conclusion］ Multiple myeloma can be effectively treated with TCM YishenHuatanQuyu method. |
