| 摘 要：［目的］ 分析预防治疗结直肠癌患者复发转移的中药的用药规律。［方法］ 收集经病理诊断结直肠癌患者的中药处方321张，运用《中医传承辅助平台系统》（Ⅴ2.5）对数据进行用药规律挖掘，分析药物频次、关联规则和核心组合。［结果］ 共纳入中药处方321张，涉及中药164味，用药频次3908次。使用频次最高的药物分别为甘草、太子参、茯苓、白术、半夏、当归、黄柏、薏苡仁、黄芩、肉桂。预防结直肠癌复发转移组的核心药对为太子参-白术-茯苓-甘草-黄柏-半夏-黄芩-肉桂。治疗结直肠癌复发转移组的核心药对为太子参-白术-茯苓-甘草-当归-黄芩-黄柏-苍术。［结论］ 辨治结直肠癌多用补气健脾、温补肾阳、清热解毒、疏肝理气药物。 |

| Abstract：［Objective］ To investigate the major Chinese medicine rules in the treatment of patients with colon-rectal cancer. ［Methods］ The inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine software platform system were used to collect data，a total of 321 prescriptions from the patients with colon-rectal cancer proved pathologically were investigated. The drug frequency，association rule，core portfolio were analyzed. ［Results］ There were 321 prescriptions，including 164 herbs 3908 frequency. The most frequently herbs included licorice，pseudostellaria root，tuckahoe，atractylodes，pinellia，and so on. There were major core compositions，including radix pseudostellariae-licorice-cinnamon，pseudostellaria root-atractylodes poria cocos-licorice-cortex phellodendri-pinellia tuber and so on. ［Conclusion］ The major Chinese medicine treat for rectal cancer with radix pseudostellariae to rectum multi-purpose spleen，cassia twig to warming yang，Cortex phellodendri to eliminating phlegm and radix bupleuri to soothing the liver . |
