| 摘 要:［目的］ 系统评价雌孕激素替代治疗对卵巢癌发病风险的影响。［方法］ 计算机检索CNKI数据库、万方数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、VIP数据库，PUBMED、Web of science、EMASE、Cochrane Library等数据库，收集2000~2014年公开发表的雌孕激素替代治疗对卵巢癌发病风险影响的随机对照试验和病例对照试验，对雌孕激素替代治疗对卵巢癌发病风险的影响进行合并分析。［结果］ 最终纳入7个研究，共计1 167 430位受试者。Meta分析结果显示雌孕激素替代治疗与否对卵巢癌发病风险高低差异无统计学意义（OR=0.945，95%CI：0.830～1.077，P=0.399）。［结论］ 雌孕激素替代治疗与卵巢癌发病风险的关系不确定，故不能以此为由中断目前雌孕激素替代治疗等临床实践。 |

| Abstract：［Objective］ To assessed the association of menopausal hormone replacement therapy(HRT) with risk of ovarian cancer. ［Methods］ Databases CNKI，WanFang Database，CBM，VIP database，PUBMED，Web of science，EMASE，Cochrane Library were searched to collect randomized controlled trials(RCT) and case-control trials concerning the association of HRT with the risk of ovarian cancer，published between 2000 and 2014. The quality of studies was evaluated and the meta-analysis of eligible literature was performed. ［Results］ A total of 7 trials involving 1 167 430 subjects were included. The result of meta-analysis showed that there was no statistical significance in the risk of ovarian cancer between the patients with or without HRT（OR=0.945，95%CI：0.830～1.077，P=0.399）. ［Conclusion］ The relationship between HRT and the risk of ovarian cancer is uncertain，so it is unwise to stop the HRT associated clinical practice. |
