| 摘 要：［目的］ 探讨乳腺癌抗雌激素药物耐药蛋白BCAR1 在前列腺癌根治标本中的表达及其临床意义。［方法］ 应用免疫组化法检测BCAR1在 97例前列腺癌根治标本中的表达情况，并分析其在肿瘤组织中的表达与各临床病理因素及预后的相关性。［结果］ BCAR1在前列腺高级别上皮内瘤变（HGPIN）和前列腺癌组织中的表达显著高于癌旁前列腺组织（P<0.01）。并且BCAR1在癌组织中高表达与高Gleason评分之间存在显著相关性（χ2=6.987，P=0.008）。但BCAR1的表达与血清PSA水平、肿瘤体积、TNM分期及生物学复发之间均无显著相关性（P>0.05）。［结论］ BCAR1的表达与前列腺癌的分化程度呈负相关，BCAR1可能在前列腺癌的发生过程中发挥作用。 |

| Abstract：［Purpose］ To investigate the expression of BCAR1 in prostate cancer and its clinicopathological significance. ［Methods］ The immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of BCAR1 in 97 cases of radical prostatectomy，and its relationship with clinicopathological features and biochemical recurrence were analyzed. ［Results］ BCAR1 expression was significantly higher in prostate carcinomas and HGPIN tissues than that in paracancerous tissues（P<0.05）.There was significant correlation between BCAR1 expressions and the Gleason score（χ2=6.987，P=0.008）.However，no significant correlations were found between BCAR1 expression and the other clinicopathological factors，including serum PSA，TNM stage，tumor volume and biochemical recurrence（P>0.05）.［Conclusions］ The expression level of BCAR1 is negatively associated with the differentiation of prostate carcinoma. BCAR1 may be participate in the development of prostate carcinoma. |
