| 摘 要：［目的］ 探讨甲状腺乳头状癌中C-myb、p53的表达及其临床意义。［方法］ 采用免疫组化（SP）法研究38例甲状腺乳头状癌及癌旁组织，22例甲状腺瘤及腺瘤周围组织中C-myb、p53的表达。［结果］ C-myb在甲状腺乳头状癌组织、甲状腺腺瘤、癌旁组织及腺瘤周围组织中表达的阳性率分别为86.8%、63.6%、10.5%、4.5%；p53则分别为81.6%、22.7%、0、0。C-myb、p53蛋白在甲状腺乳头状癌、癌旁组织、甲状腺腺瘤及腺瘤周围组织中表达差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。［结论］ C-myb、p53在甲状腺组织中的异常表达与甲状腺乳头状癌发生发展相关。 |

| Abstract：［Purpose］ To investigate the expressions of C-myb and p53 in papillary thyroid cancer(PTC) and their significance.［Methods］ Immunohistochemical staining(SP) was used to detect the expressions of C-myb and p53 in tissues of 38 cases with PTC and cancer adjacent，and 22 cases with adenoma and adenoma adjacent.［Results］ The positive expression rate of C-myb was 86.8%，63.6%，10.5% and 4.5% in PTC，adenoma，cancer adjacent tissues and adenoma adjacent tissues respectively，and that of p53 was 81.6%，22.7%，0 and 0 respectively. There was significant difference of C-myb or p53 among various thyroid tissues(P<0.05). ［Conclusion］ The abnormal expressions of C-myb and p53 in thyroid tissues play important roles in carcinogenesis of PTC. |
