| 摘 要：［目的］ 探讨皮质肌动蛋白 (Cortactin) 在浸润性乳腺癌组织中的表达及临床意义。［方法］通过免疫组化EnVision法检测Cortactin在120例浸润性乳腺癌组织和20例癌旁组织中的表达情况，分析浸润性乳腺癌组织中Cortactin的表达与临床病理学参数的关系。［结果］ Cortactin 在浸润性乳腺癌组织中的阳性表达率为68.3%(82/120)，显著高于癌旁组织15.0%（3/20）。Cortactin表达与乳腺癌病理分级、淋巴结转移、TNM 分期、ER、PR及Her-2表达有关(P＜0.05)。［结论］ Cortactin 可能参与乳腺癌的发生、发展，为乳腺癌的治疗提供新的靶点。 |

| Abstract：［Purpose］ To investigate the expression of Cortactin in invasive breast cancer and its clinical significance.［Methods］ Immunohistochemical EnVision method was used to detect Cortactin expressions in tissue samples of 120 cases with invasive breast cancer and 20 samples of cancer adjacent tissues．The relationship between Cortactin expression and clinicopathological parameters in invasive breast cancer was analyzed．［Results］ The positive rate of Cortactin expression in invasive breast cancer was 68.3%(82/120)，which was significantly higher than that in cancer adjacent tissues(15.0%，3/20）.Cortactin expression was related with pathological grade，lymph node metastasis，TNM stages，ER，PR and Her-2 expression(P＜0.05).［Conclusion］Cortactin might contribute to the onset and development of invasive breast cancer，which offer a new target for breast cancer therapy． |
