| 摘 要：［目的］ 研究己糖激酶1（HXK1）在食管鳞癌中的表达及临床价值。［方法］ 应用组织芯片和免疫组织化学技术检测132例食管鳞癌组织中HXK1的表达，并分析其阳性表达与临床病理参数以及预后之间的关系。［结果］ HXK1在食管鳞癌组织中的阳性表达率为71.2%(94/132)，统计学分析显示HXK1的表达在有无淋巴结转移（P=0.01），不同TNM分期（P=0.001）以及不同组织分化程度（P=0.033）下差异有统计学意义。生存分析显示HXK1阳性表达患者预后劣于HXK1阴性表达患者（P<0.001），且是评估食管癌患者的独立预后因素之一。［结论］ HXK1可能在食管鳞癌的发生和发展过程中发挥了重要作用，是评估食管癌患者预后的重要指标之一。 |

| Abstract：［Purpose］ To investigate the expression of hexokinase 1(HXK1) in esophageal squamous cell cancer(ESCC) and its clinical significance.［Methods］ Expression of HXK1 in 132 cases with ESCC were detected by tissue microarray and immunohistochemistry. The relationship of positive expression of HXK1 with clinicopathologic characteristics and prognosis was analyzed.［Results］ The positive expression rate of HXK1 was 71.2% in ESCC. The expression of HXK1 was significantly different in patients with or without lymph metastasis（P=0.01），and in patients with different TNM stages（P=0.001） or with different grades（P=0.033）. Kaplan-Meier survival analysis showed that patients with HXK1 positive expression had a shorter survival than that with HXK1 negative expression（P<0.001）. ［Conclusion］ HXK1 might play an important role in carcinogenesis of ESCC，and might be one of the markers for evaluating prognosis of ESCC. |
