      摘 要:[目的] 研究己糖激酶1(HXK1)在食管鳞癌中的表达及临床价值。[方法] 应用组织芯片和免疫组织化学技术检测132例食管鳞癌组织中HXK1的表达,并分析其阳性表达与临床病理参数以及预后之间的关系。[结果] HXK1在食管鳞癌组织中的阳性表达率为71.2%(94/132),统计学分析显示HXK1的表达在有无淋巴结转移(P=0.01),不同TNM分期(P=0.001)以及不同组织分化程度(P=0.033)下差异有统计学意义。生存分析显示HXK1阳性表达患者预后劣于HXK1阴性表达患者(P<0.001),且是评估食管癌患者的独立预后因素之一。[结论] HXK1可能在食管鳞癌的发生和发展过程中发挥了重要作用,是评估食管癌患者预后的重要指标之一。

      Abstract:[Purpose] To investigate the expression of hexokinase 1(HXK1) in esophageal squamous cell cancer(ESCC) and its clinical significance.[Methods] Expression of HXK1 in 132 cases with ESCC were detected by tissue microarray and immunohistochemistry. The relationship of positive expression of HXK1 with clinicopathologic characteristics and prognosis was analyzed.[Results] The positive expression rate of HXK1 was 71.2% in ESCC. The expression of HXK1 was significantly different in patients with or without lymph metastasis(P=0.01),and in patients with different TNM stages(P=0.001) or with different grades(P=0.033). Kaplan-Meier survival analysis showed that patients with HXK1 positive expression had a shorter survival than that with HXK1 negative expression(P<0.001). [Conclusion] HXK1 might play an important role in carcinogenesis of ESCC,and might be one of the markers for evaluating prognosis of ESCC.
