| 摘 要：［目的］ 比较microRNA-212(miR-212)在胃癌组织和正常胃黏膜组织中的表达情况，并探讨其与临床病理特征之间的关系。［方法］ 应用茎环RT-qPCR方法检测22例胃癌及癌旁正常胃黏膜组织标本中miR-212的表达。［结果］ miR-212在胃癌及正常胃黏膜组织中的相对表达量分别为1.439和1.000，两者差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。而且，胃癌组织中miR-212的表达与肿块位置、分化程度、淋巴结转移以及TNM分期有关（P<0.05）。［结论］ miR-212的表达可能在胃癌发生发展过程中发挥重要作用。 |

| Abstract：［Purpose］ To investigate the expression of microRNA-212(miR-212) in gastric cancer and its relationship with clinicopathological characteristics. ［Methods］ The expression levels of miR-212 in 22 specimens of gastric carcinoma tissue and their matched non-tumor adjacent tissue specimens were examined by stem-loop real-time RT-PCR. ［Results］ The expression levels of miR-212 in gastric carcinoma tissue and normal gastric tissue were 1.439 and 1.000 respectively，with significant difference (P<0.05). Also，the expression levels of miR-212 related to the position of tumor，degree of differentiation，lymph node metastasis and TNM staging (P<0.05). ［Conclusion］ The expression of miR-212 might play a key role in the carcinogenesis and progress of gastric cancer. |
