| 摘 要：［目的］ 分析浙江省温州市居民2014—2015 年主要恶性肿瘤生存情况。［方法］ 对2014—2015年温州市户籍47 239例恶性肿瘤患者的生存情况进行随访，随访时间截至 2020年12月31日，采用寿命表法和Dickman PW提供的SAS程序计算肿瘤的观察生存率（observed survival rate，OSR）和相对生存率（relative survival rate，RSR），并比较不同肿瘤、性别和年龄组之间生存率的差异。［结果］ 温州市恶性肿瘤患者的5年OSR、RSR分别为42.69％、45.60％，女性恶性肿瘤患者5年RSR高于男性，差异有统计学意义（Z=53.91，P＜0.05）。成人恶性肿瘤患者的1、3、5 年OSR和RSR随着年龄的增加而下降，18～岁组、45～岁组、60～岁组女性患者的5年RSR均高于男性患者，差异有统计学意义(Z=25.85，Z=42.70，Z=18.36，P＜0.05)。城市地区恶性肿瘤患者的5年RSR高于农村地区，差异有统计学意义（Z=17.10，P＜0.05）。［结论］ 温州市常见恶性肿瘤5年生存率有所提高，肿瘤的防治效果初见成效，但与国内部分地区及国外发达国家比较仍有待提升的空间。 |

| Abstract： ［Purpose］ To analyze the survival of primary malignant tumors of residents during 2014—2015 in Wenzhou City. ［Methods］ A total of 47 239 cancer cases in Wenzhou City were followed up until December 31， 2020. The life table method and the SAS program provided by Dickman PW were used to calculate observed survival rate(OSR) and relative survival rate(RSR)， respectively. The data were stratified by cancer type， gender and age group. ［Results］ The 5-year OSR and RSR of cancer patients in Wenzhou were 42.69% and 45.60%. The 5-year RSR was higher among females than that in males（Z=53.91， P＜0.05）. The 1-， 3- and 5-year OSR and RSR of adult malignant tumor patients decreased with the increase of age. The 5-year RSR of female patients in 18～ years old group， 45～ years old group and 60～ years old group were higher than that of male patients(Z=25.85， Z=42.70， Z=18.36， P＜0.05). The 5-year RSR was higher in urban than that in rural areas（Z=17.10， P＜0.05）. ［Conclusion］ The 5-year RSR of common malignant tumors in Wenzhou has improved， and the prevention and treatment effect of tumors has achieved initial effect， but there is still room for improvement compared with some domestic regions and developed countries. |
