      摘 要:巨噬细胞是维持机体内环境稳定、抵御外来病原体的重要先天免疫群体,具有较高的可塑性。在肿瘤局部趋化因子的作用下,浸润到肿瘤组织中的巨噬细胞被称为肿瘤相关巨噬细胞(tumor-associated macrophages,TAMs),其通过调控基质重构、新生血管生成和抑制局部免疫等方式促进肿瘤生长和转移。研究发现,针对TAMs的治疗均显示出良好的抗肿瘤作用,包括清除TAMs、诱导TAMs表型改变以及提高TAMs的吞噬能力等。纳米载体在提高药物溶解度、生物相容性和治疗效果方面均表现出了良好的潜力。将纳米技术与癌症免疫治疗结合是一种极具前景的肿瘤治疗方法。该文将对上述研究成果进行综述,为有效治疗肿瘤提供新视角。

      Abstract: Macrophages are important innate immune cells that maintain the stability of internal environment and resist foreign pathogens in human body. Tumor-associated macrophages(TAMs) are macrophages infiltrating in tumor tissue, which promote tumor growth and metastasis through matrix remodeling, neoangiogenesis, and suppressing local immunity. Cancer immunotherapies targeting TAMs have shown great progress, which inhibit macrophage recruitment, deplete TAMs, reprogram TAMs and enhance phagocytic ability of macrophages. Nanodrug delivery systems have shown great potential in improving drug solubility, biocompatibility and therapeutic efficacy. Combining nanotechnology with cancer immunotherapy is a promising approach for cancer treatment. These aspects are discussed in this review which provides a novel direction for cancer treatment.
