| 摘 要：新中国成立70多年来，我国居民的疾病模式发生了深刻的变化，以恶性肿瘤为代表的慢性非传染性疾病在死因中的构成比逐年上升，严重威胁人民的健康和生命。1986年，湖南省肿瘤防治研究办公室成立，按照“预防为主、防治结合、因病施策、精准防治”的原则，系统推进肿瘤防治，开展癌症筛查、早诊早治等系列工作，积极实践全民健康战略，取得了较好的成绩。 |

| Abstract：The Hunan Provincial Cancer Prevention and Control Research Office was established in 1986. Since then in accordance with the principle of “prevention first，combined prevention and treatment，disease-specific policy，and precise prevention and treatment”，the office has systematically promoted cancer prevention，carried out cancer screening，early diagnosis and early treatment programs，actively implemented the national health strategy and achieved good results. |
