| 摘 要：［目的］ 分析2011—2015年甘肃省武威市胃癌发病与死亡变化趋势。［方法］ 选取甘肃省武威市2011—2015年肿瘤登记资料中胃癌发病和死亡数据，计算胃癌的粗发病/死亡率、累积发病/死亡率，以2000年全国标准人口构成和Segi’s世界标准人口构成计算胃癌年龄标化发病率和死亡率，采用Joinpoint趋势分析软件估计年度变化百分比（APC），分析胃癌发病和死亡趋势。［结果］ 2011—2015年甘肃省武威市胃癌发病率为107.52/10万，中标率为85.57/10万；胃癌死亡率为64.99/10万，中标率为53.76/10万，男性胃癌发病率和死亡率均高于女性，胃癌发病率和死亡率基本随着年龄的增长而上升。2011—2015年胃癌发病率平均年增幅为3.36%，死亡率平均年增幅为7.47%，胃癌的发病和死亡年度变化呈平稳趋势。［结论］ 甘肃省武威市胃癌的发病和死亡仍处于较高水平，应加强肿瘤一级预防宣传教育工作，增强居民健康自我保护意识，加大对高危人群的关注，做好早发现、早诊断、早治疗的胃癌防控策略，提高居民的健康水平和生活水平。 |

| Abstract：［Purpose］ To analyze the trends of incidence and mortality of stomach cancer from 2011 to 2015 in Wuwei city，Gansu province. ［Methods］ Registration data on incidence and mortality of stomach cancer in Wuwei city，Gansu province from 2011 to 2015 was used，and incidence (mortality) rate of stomach cancer，cumulative rates were calculated. The Chinese population census data in 2000 and Segi’s population were applied for calculating the Chinese and world age-standardized rates，respectively. The annual percentage change(APC) was used to evaluate the trend of cancer incidence and mortality by using the Joinpoint program.［Results］ During 2011—2015，the crude incidence rate was 107.52/105 and by Chinese standard population the rate was 85.57/105；the crude mortality rate was 64.99/105 and by Chinese standard population the rate was 53.76/105.Higher incidence and mortality rates were found in male than that in female.The incidence and mortality rates of stomach cancer basically increased with the age. The APC of incidence and mortality were 3.36% and 7.47%，respectively，which showed the stable trend of incidence and mortality of stomach cancer.［Conclusion］ The incidence and mortality of stomach cancer in Wuwei city，Gansu province are still at a high level. It is necessary to strengthen the propaganda and education of primary tumor prevention，enhance the residents’ sense of health self-protection，and pay more attention to the high-risk groups，as well as implement the “early detection，early diagnosis and early treatment” prevention and control strategy for stomach cancer，so as to improve the residents’ health condition and living standards. |
