| 摘 要：［目的］ 分享湖北省肿瘤医院院级肿瘤样本库标准化建设和规范化管理的经验与体会。［方法］ 针对样本库筹建、样本收集和管理、科研合作等环节，结合湖北省肿瘤医院学科发展的创新理念，分析医院样本库建设管理中的重点、难点及特色。［结果］ 建库5年来，湖北省肿瘤医院样本库支持科研项目10余项，涉及临床样本170例，参与国家级项目3项，省级项目1项，助力医院成功申报国家级“疑难病症诊治能力提升工程”建设项目、“湖北省结直肠癌临床医学研究中心”等。［结论］ 湖北省肿瘤医院样本库已摸索出一套具有自身特色的单病种样本管理，以及MDT科研合作模式，在一定程度上推动了医院科研的快速发展，成为学科发展的重要引擎。 |

| Abstract：［Purpose］ To share the experience of the construction and management of standardized tumor biobank in Hubei Cancer Hospital. ［Methods］ The preparation，sample collection，management and scientific research cooperation of Biobank in Hubei Cancer Hospital were introduced. ［Results］ The construction of the biobank started on May 2014，and supported more than 10 research projects involving 170 clinical samples since then. It also participated in 3 national-level projects，and 1 provincial-level project. The biobank actively assisted the hospital in successful application of national program of “Diagnosis and Treatment Capacity Improvement for Difficult and Complicated Disease” and “Hubei Provincial Clinical Research Center for Colorectal Cancer”. ［Conclusion］ The construction of tumor biobank has upgraded the scientific research capacity and promoted the discipline development of the hospital． |
