| 摘 要：［目的］ 分析浙江省肿瘤登记地区2010—2014年肝癌的发病及死亡状况，为肝癌防治提供可靠的依据。［方法］ 根据浙江省14个肿瘤登记处上报的数据，计算并分析2010—2014年浙江省肿瘤登记地区肝癌的粗发病和死亡率、年龄别发病和死亡率、中国人口标化率（中标率）、世界人口标化率（世标率）等指标。［结果］ 2010—2014年浙江省肿瘤登记地区肝癌新发病例共计16 345例，粗发病率为27.90/10万，中标发病率为16.59/10万，世标发病率为16.18/10万；死亡病例共计16 463例，粗死亡率为28.11/10万，中标死亡率为16.26/10万，世标死亡率为15.94/10万。发病率和死亡率均随年龄增长而上升，呈现农村高于城市、男性高于女性的特点。［结论］ 浙江省肿瘤登记地区肝癌发病率及死亡率仍较高，肝癌的防治工作仍需进一步加强。 |

| Abstract：［Purpose］ To analyze the incidence and mortality of liver cancer in Zhejiang cancer registration areas from 2010 to 2014. ［Methods］ According to the reported data from 14 cancer registries in Zhejiang province，crude rates，age-specific rates，age-standardized rates of liver cancer were calculated and analyzed. ［Results］ From 2010 to 2014，there were 16 345 new cases diagnosed as liver cancer in Zhejiang cancer registration areas，with the crude incidence rate of 27.90/105，ASR China of 16.59/105 and ASR world of 16.18/105. There were 16 463 deaths in 2010—2014，with the crude mortality of 28.11/105，ASR China of 16.26/105 and ASR world of 15.94/105. Incidence and mortality of liver cancer increased with the age. The incidence and mortality in rural areas were higher than those in urban areas；and those of males were higher than those in females. ［Conclusion］ Incidence and mortality of liver cancer in Zhejiang cancer registration areas are still high，prevention and treatment of liver cancer need to be further improved. |
