| 摘 要：文化力量是医院永恒的竞争力。公立医院要想持续获得较高的满意度和较强的竞争力，必须重视文化建设。本研究采用SWOT分析法、实践分析法，从培育内涵文化着力，构建了一个大型公立医院文化体系。中山大学附属肿瘤医院通过不断的优化与改进，经过十年的实践，目前该院文化架构已经初步形成，形成了员工的核心价值观，有效推动了医院医、教、研、管的发展，形成了独具一格的公立专科医院文化品牌。 |

| Abstract：Cultural strength is the eternal competitive power of a hospital. In order to achieve persistent higher satisfaction and stronger competitiveness，public hospitals must attach importance to humanistic construction. This study adopts SWOT and practical methodologies to construct a culture system in a major public hospital by paying high attention to the cultural connotation. After ten years of practice，and continuous optimization and improvement，now the cultural framework in the hospital has preliminarily formed，which has constitutes the core values of the employees and effectively promoted the development of clinical，education，research，and administration，as well as the distinctive culture brand of specialized public hospital. |
