| 摘 要：［目的］ 分析广州市户籍人群2010~2013年结直肠癌的疾病负担。［方法］ 2010~2013年广州市户籍人群结直肠癌发病资料来源于广州市肿瘤登记系统，死亡资料来源于广州市死因监测系统。ICD-10编码范围为C18~C20。本文采用伤残调整寿命年（DALY）、过早死亡损失寿命年（YLL）和伤残损失健康寿命年（YLD）对广州市户籍人群进行2010~2013年结直肠癌的疾病负担分析。［结果］ 广州市2010~2013年户籍人群结直肠癌新发病例数为11 235例，发病世标率为23.16/10万（男性和女性分别为27.10/10万和19.58/10万）；死亡4807例，死亡世标率为9.23/10万（男性和女性分别为11.18/10万和7.45/10万）。广州市户籍人群2010~2013年因结直肠癌造成的DALY、YLL和YLD分别是2.33/千人、1.69/千人和0.64/千人。男性均高于女性。YLL是DALY的主要构成部分，占72.53%。与2010年相比，2013年发病世标率、死亡世标率、DALY和YLL均有所上升。［结论］ 广州市户籍人群2010~2013年结直肠癌发病率较高，发病率和死亡率均有逐年增加的趋势，DALY高于全国水平，疾病负担严峻，需要大力开展健康教育，促进居民养成健康的生活方式，同时进一步提高医疗诊治水平，从而降低由伤残和早死导致的疾病负担。 |

| Abstract：［Purpose］ To analyze the disease burden of colorectal cancer in Guangzhou between 2010 and 2013. ［Methods］ Colorectal cancer cases were collected from the Guangzhou Cancer Registry System. Death cases were from the biostatics system. ICD-10 codes of the cases ranged from C18 to C20.The disability-adjusted life years(DALY)，years of life lost due to premature mortality(YLL)，years lived with disability(YLD) of colorectal cancer were used for analysis of the disease burden. ［Results］ There were 11235 new cases and 4807 death cases of colorectal cancer during 2010~2013 in Guangzhou. The world standardized incidence was 23.16/105(27.10/105 in male and 19.58/105 in female)，and the world standardized mortality was 9.23/105(11.18/105 in male and 7.45/105 in female). The DALY，YLL and YLD due to colorectal cancer were 2.33/103， 1.69/103 and 0.64/103，respectively. All indicators of colorectal cancer in male were higher than those in female. YLL was the main component of DALY，accounting for 72.53%. Comparing to 2010，the world standardized incidence，the world standardized mortality，DALY and YLL were increased in 2013.［Conclusion］ The incidence of colorectal cancer is in high level in Guangzhou，2010~2013. The incidence and mortality are increasing yearly. The DALY due to colorectal cancer is higher than the national level in Guangzhou. |
