| 摘 要：［目的］ 了解江苏省女性乳腺癌死亡率变化及疾病负担，为制定江苏省女性乳腺癌的防控措施提供科学依据。［方法］ 利用1990~1992年、2003~2005年全死因回顾调查数据以及2013~2015年江苏省死因监测登记数据，比较城乡、不同区域、分年龄组乳腺癌的死亡率和标化死亡率，计算疾病负担指标潜在减寿年数（potential years of life lost，PYLL）、标化潜在减寿年数（standardized potential years of life lost，SPYLL）、潜在减寿率(potential years of life lost rate，PYLLR）、平均减寿年数（average years of life lost，AYLL）。［结果］ 江苏省女性乳腺癌粗死亡率呈逐年上升趋势，1990～2015年累积增长73.21%。同期城市高于农村，苏南和苏中高于苏北，但农村和苏北地区死亡率增长速度更快。女性乳腺癌的死亡率总体随年龄增长而上升，45岁以后快速上升，55岁附近显著增加，80岁以后达到高峰。疾病负担PYLLR呈上升趋势，AYLL近年略有下降。［结论］ 江苏省女性乳腺癌死亡率呈上升趋势；老龄化对乳腺癌死亡影响较大，中老年女性为重点防治对象；应积极开展综合防治措施。 |

| Abstract：［Purpose］ To analyze the changes of mortality and disease burden of female breast cancer in Jiangsu province. ［Methods］ Data were collected from National Death Retrospective Surveys (1990～1992，2003～2005) and death surveillance system in Jiangsu，2013～2015.Crude and standardized mortality in different regions and ages were compared，and disease burden indicators potential years of life lost(PYLL)，standardized potential years of life lost(SPYLL)，potential years of life lost rate(PYLLR），average years of life lost(AYLL) were calculated. ［Results］ The crude mortality of female breast cancer in Jiangsu province increased by 73.21% from 1990～1992 to 2013～2015. The mortality rate of female breast cancer in urban area was higher than that in rural area，and that in the south and middle of Jiangsu province was higher than that in the north. However，the mortality in the rural and northern area grew faster. The overall mortality increased with age，significantly rose around 55 years old，and reached the peak of death after 80 years old. PYLLR was in rising trend，while AYLL slightly decreased. ［Conclusion］ The crude mortality of female breast cancer has constantly increased in Jiangsu province since 1990. Population aging is a big challenge，so more attention should be paid to middle and old aged women and comprehensive control measures should be carried out. |
