| 摘 要：［目的］ 分析2008～2012年招远市胃癌发病与死亡状况。［方法］ 数据来源于山东省疾控慢性病监测信息管理系统。采用Excel 2010和SAS软件进行数据分析，计算性别、年龄别发病/死亡率、标化发病/死亡率、累积发病率/死亡率等。［结果］ 2008～2012年招远市共报告新发胃癌2012例，粗发病率为70.64/10万（男性96.97/10万，女性44.62/10万），仅次于肺癌，为发病顺位第2位，占全部恶性肿瘤的20.57%。中标率为40.70/10万，世标率为40.15 /10万，累积率（0～74岁）为4.63%。 胃癌粗死亡率为49.23/10万（男性69.64/10万，女性29.05/10万），仅次于肺癌、肝癌，为死亡顺位第3位，占全部恶性肿瘤的20.69%。中标率为27.51/10万，世标率为27.12 /10万，累积率（0～74岁）为3.02%。胃癌高发病率是人口因素和非人口因素共同作用的结果。［结论］ 招远市胃癌发病与死亡率水平较高，是严重危害招远市居民健康的重要癌症之一。加强危险因素研究，开展早诊早治，仍将是今后胃癌防治的重点。 |

| Abstract：［Purpose］ To analysis the incidence and mortality of stomach cancer in Zhaoyuan city from 2008 to 2012. ［Methods］ The data were collected from Shandong chronic disease monitoring information system. Excel 2010 and SAS were used for data analysis. The gender-specific and age-specific incidence/ mortality，standardized incidence/ mortality，cumulative incidence/ mortality were calculated respectively. ［Results］ There were 2012 new stomach cancers reported in Zhaoyuan city，2008～2012. The crude incidence was 70.64/105(male 96.97/105，female 44.62/105)，as the second in incidence rate only after lung cancer，accounting for 20.57% of all malignant cancers. Age-standardized rate(ASR) China and ASR world of incidence were 40.70/105 and 40.15/105，the cumulative rate(0～74) was 4.63%.The crude mortality was 49.23/105，as the third in mortality rate after lung cancer and liver cancer，accounting for 20.69% of all malignant cancers. ASR China and ASR world of mortality were 27.51/105 and 27.12/105，the cumulative rate(0～74) was 3.02%.The high incidence rate of stomach cancer was the result of the demographic and non-demographic factors. ［Conclusion］ The incidence and mortality of stomach cancer are higher in Zhaoyuan city，as one of the major threats to the health of local residents. |
