| 摘 要：磁县于2011年建立了食管癌、贲门癌为重点的生物样本资源库，磁县肿瘤生物样本资源库的特点是除收集临床中晚期食管癌、贲门癌患者的组织及血液外，还能够获得食管、贲门癌前病变及上消化道癌早期病例的活检组织和血液样本，拓展了基层肿瘤专科机构的防治能力建设。说明人群肿瘤资源及早诊早治项目，结合肿瘤登记及人群随访等，可发挥基层基础肿瘤资源优势，建立良好肿瘤生物资源平台。 |

| Abstract：A biobank of esophageal and gastric cardia cancer was established in 2011 at Cixian County. The biobank of Cixian County collects tissue and blood samples from patients with advanced esophageal and cardiac cancer，as well as biopsy and blood samples of precancerous lesions of esophagus，gastric cardia，and early-stage upper gastrointestinal cancer. The biobank expands the prevention and treatment capacity of local cancer institutions. This population-based cancer biobank takes advantage of early diagnosis and treatment projects，local cancer registration and follow-up program，playing an important role in cancer prevention and treatment as a platform of cancer biological resources. |
