| 摘 要：［目的］ 了解职业院校女生对乳腺癌知识的认知情况，为教学和健康宣教工作提供数据支持和方向指引。［方法］ 采用问卷调查法对677名职业院校不同专业的女生进行乳腺癌认知情况问卷调查，有效问卷652份，有效应答率为96.31%。［结果］ 只有7.21%女生认为自己清楚了解乳腺癌，在校女生获得乳腺癌相关知识的途径主要是网络和媒体，通过专业渠道获取知识的比例很低，62.42%同学没有系统进行过乳腺自我检查，只有6.75%同学清楚正确的自检方法，19.94%同学知道合适的检查时间。［结论］ 职业院校女生总体对乳腺癌还缺乏系统认识，医学生亦不例外。应积极开展乳腺癌一级预防，加强乳腺癌知识的宣教力度，提高学生对乳腺癌危害的认知水平，增强其自我保健意识，建立有效健康宣传教育体系，促进乳腺癌整体防控水平的提高。 |

| Abstract：［Purpose］ To investigate the cognitive condition about breast cancer among female students in vocational college，and to provide data support and direction for the teaching and health education about breast cancer. ［Methods］ A questionnaire survey was conducted among 677 female students with different professional college students from vocational colleges. The effective questionnaire was 652，and the effective response rate was 96.31%. ［Results］ Only 7.21% of the students know much about breast cancer，female college students obtained knowledge related to breast cancer through the main means of network and media，getting knowledge through professional channels was very low，62.42% of the students didn’t have a systematic breast self-examination(BSE)，only 6.75% of the students know the right method and 19.94% of the students know the right time of BSE. ［Conclusion］ Female students in vocational college still lack the systematic understanding of breast cancer overall， medical students also are no exception. Primary prevention of breast cancer should be actively carried out，and we should strengthen the knowledge of breast cancer propaganda，improve the cognitive level of breast cancer risk in vocational college students，enhance their awareness of breast health self care，establish an effective breast health promotion and education system，promote the improvement of the overall level of breast cancer prevention and control. |
