| 摘 要：［目的］ 比较厦门市城乡居民肝癌死亡和减寿趋势变化，为厦门市肝癌预防控制工作提供依据。［方法］ 收集整理2003~2014年厦门市城乡居民肝癌死亡资料，采用死亡率、平均减寿年数、死亡率年均变化百分比等指标进行评价。［结果］ 2003~2014年厦门市城市、农村居民肝癌死亡率分别为27.17/10万和40.48/10万；人均寿命损失分别为14.71年和19.03年。无论城市、农村，男性肝癌死亡率均明显高于女性；死亡率均随着年龄的增长而升高。2003~2014年城市肝癌死亡率年均下降1.94%（t=4.26，P<0.01），2004~2014年农村肝癌死亡率年均下降1.57%（t=-2.36，P>0.5）。城市肝癌造成的SPYLLR和AYLL均存在下降趋势，而农村未见明显升降。［结论］ 厦门市城乡居民肝癌死亡率仍保持高位态势，应以男性老年人群作为重点关注对象，重视肝癌防治工作。 |

| Abstract：［Purpose］ To compare the trend of mortality and years of life lost due to liver cancer in urban and rural area of Xiamen，so as to provide the basis data on preventing liver cancer in Xiamen. ［Methods］ The data of residents in urban and rural area of Xiamen dying from liver cancer during 2003 to 2014 was collected and cleared up to calculate the evaluation indexes including the mortality rate，the average potential life lost (AYLL)，and the annual percentage change (APC) of mortality rate. ［Results］ From 2003 to 2014，the mortality rates of liver cancer in urban and rural area of Xiamen were 27.17/105 and 40.48/105；the AYLLs were 14.71 years and 19.03 years，respectively；Both in urban and rural，the mortality rate in male was always much higher than that in female and the mortality rate decreased as the age grew. The mortality rates of liver cancer decreased in urban from 2003 to 2013 (t=4.26，P<0.01)，and also decreased in rural (t=-2.36，P>0.5). The SPYLLR due to liver cancer decreased in urban but without any change in rural. ［Conclusion］ The mortality rates of liver cancer in urban and rural were still high. We should pay more attention to preventing and curing liver cancer especially on the male and elderly population. |
