摘 要:Bmal1作为生物钟基因的核心基因之一,在不同恶性肿瘤组织中均有表达,其通过正负反馈调节通路呈昼夜节律性表达,在生物学上可能扮演抑癌或促癌基因的角色。Bmal1与肿瘤的发生发展关系确切,并与临床分期、病理分化程度、放化疗敏感性及预后等因素密切相关,而时辰治疗已广泛应用于临床,并取得良好的疗效。全文就生物钟基因Bmal1与时辰治疗在恶性肿瘤临床治疗中的研究进展作一综述。 |

Abstract:Bmal1 gene is the core circadian rhythm genes,which expresses in different tumors and shows circadian rhythmicity through negative feedback regulating pathways. It may play a role as tumor suppressor gene or carcinogenic gene, and has intimate connection with clinical stages,pathological differentiation,sensitivity of radiotherapy and chemotherapy and prognosis. It plays a vital significant to explore the relationship between Bmal1 gene expression and chrono-therapy. The research progress between circadian rhythm gene Bmal1 and chrono-therapy in clinical work were clarified in this review. |
