| 摘 要：［目的］ 分析2012年江阴市恶性肿瘤的死亡流行特征及疾病负担，为恶性肿瘤防治提供科学依据。［方法］ 2012年江阴市恶性肿瘤死亡信息来自常规死因监测资料，通过计算死亡率、标化死亡率、潜在减寿年数(PYLL)、标化潜在减寿年数(SPYLL)、潜在减寿率 (PYLLR)、平均减寿年数（AYLL）、潜在工作减寿年数(PYWLL)等指标，分析主要恶性肿瘤的疾病负担和人群分布特征。［结果］ 2012年江阴市因恶性肿瘤死亡2643例，占总死亡人数的31.22%。恶性肿瘤死亡率和标化死亡率分别为218.31/10万和121.49/10万。前5位恶性肿瘤依次为肺癌、胃癌、肝癌、食管癌和结直肠癌。前10 位恶性肿瘤占全部恶性肿瘤死亡的86.72%。恶性肿瘤所致PYLL和SPYLL分别为16 311年和11 389年，所致PYWLL和SPYWLL分别为10 141年和7660年，导致PYLL前5位恶性肿瘤依次为肺癌、肝癌、胃癌、食管癌和结直肠癌。［结论］呼吸系统肿瘤和消化系统肿瘤是全人群的主要恶性肿瘤死因。因此，应针对这些癌种高死亡负担人群开展综合防治措施。 |

| Abstract：［Purpose］ To investigate the death epidemiological features and disease burden in Jiangyin residents in 2012，and provide scientific basis for prevention and control of cancer. ［Methods］ The deaths data died from cancer of Jiangyin were collected from vital statistics information in 2012. The main disease burden and population distribution of cancer were determined by analyzing mortality，standardized mortality，Potential years of life lost（PYLL），potential years of work life lost (PYWLL) and average years of life lost (AYLL). ［Results］ A total of 2643 death cases died from cancer，accounting for 31.22% of the total deaths. The crude mortality and age-standardized mortality were 218.31/105 and 121.49/105，respectively. The top 5 cancers were lung cancer，stomach cancer，liver cancer，esophageal cancer and colorectal cancer. The top 10 cancer mortality accounted for 86.72% of all cancer deaths. PYLL and SPYLL were 16 311 years and 11 389 years，while PYWLL and SPYWLL were 10 141 years and 7660 years，respectively. The top 5 PYLL cancers were lung cancer，liver cancer，stomach cancer，esophageal cancer and colorectal cancer. ［Conclusion］ Respiratory and digestive system cancers are the main causes of death in the whole population. Comprehensive control measures should be carried out for these cancers with greater burden. |
