| 摘 要：［目的］ 探讨Gal-3蛋白在结直肠癌中的表达及临床意义。［方法］ 采用免疫组织化学SP法检测Gal-3蛋白在60例结直肠癌组织的表达；另取癌旁正常黏膜20例及结直肠腺瘤20例作为对照组。［结果］ 结直肠癌中Gal-3蛋白的表达明显高于癌旁正常黏膜和结直肠腺瘤(55.0%，10.0%和25.0%，P<0.05)。Gal-3蛋白在侵及浆膜外、TNM Ⅲ+Ⅳ期、有淋巴结转移组中的表达明显高于未侵及浆膜外(P<0.05)、TNM Ⅰ+Ⅱ期(P<0.01)、无淋巴结转移组(P<0.05)；与年龄、性别、肿瘤大小和分化程度无关。Gal-3蛋白阳性表达患者5年生存率明显低于阴性表达者(P<0.05)。［结论］ Gal-3蛋白在结直肠癌中高表达，其可能在结直肠癌的发生发展和浸润转移中起作用，并提示预后不良。 |

| Abstract：［Purpose］ To investigate the expression of Gal-3 protein in colorectal cancer and its clinical significance. ［Methods］The expression of Gal-3 protein in 60 cases with colorectal cancer was detected by immunohistochemistry (SP method)，and 20 normal adjacent mucosa and 20 colorectal adnoma as control group were served. ［Results］ The positive rate of Gal-3 protein in colorectal cancer was significantly higher than that in normal adjacent mucosa and colorectal adnoma (55.0%，10.0% and 25.0%，P<0.05). the Gal-3 protein expression level in outside the serosa invasion，lymph node metastasis and TNM stages III+IV group was significantly higher than that in within the serosa(P<0.05)，lymph node metastasis-free group(P<0.05) and TNM stage I+II group(P<0.01).And Gal-3 protein expression was not related to age，gender，tumor size and differentiation (P>0.05).The 5-year survival rate of the patients with positive expression of Gal-3 protein was significant lower than that with negative expression of Gal-3 protein (P<0.05).［Conclusion］ Gal-3 protein is overexpressed in colorectal cancer，it might play an important role in the carcinogenesis and development of colorectal cancer，and indicates poor prognosis. |
