| 摘 要：［目的］ 分析中山市1970~2010年肝癌死亡概况，为中山市肝癌防治提供科学依据。［方法］ 收集整理1970~2010年中山市肿瘤登记资料中的肝癌死亡资料，统计分析其死亡数、粗率、中标率和世标率等指标。［结果］ 1970~2010年中山市肝癌死亡6774例，其中男性死亡5484例，死亡粗率和世标率分别为22.88/10万和27.13/10万，女性死亡1290例，死亡粗率和世标率分别为5.40/10万和5.67/10万，男性死亡高于女性。1970~2010年男性和男女合计肝癌死亡明显上升，而女性相对稳定。年龄别死亡率35~岁后迅速上升，65~岁组达高峰。不同时段年龄别死亡模式基本相同，而不同年龄组死亡趋势不同。［结论］ 中山市肝癌死亡尤其男性死亡位于世界较高和中国中上水平，且男性死亡明显上升，提示应加强中山市尤其男性肝癌防治。 |

| Abstract：［Purpose］ To explore the mortality of liver cancer in Zhongshan from 1970 to 2010，and to provide scientific information for its control and prevention in Zhongshan. ［Methods］ The mortality data of liver cancer (1970-2010) came from Zhongshan Cancer Registry was collected and collated. The death numbers，crude rates，age-standardized rates by Chinese standard population (ASR China) and by world standard population (ASR world) were calculated. ［Results］ There were 6774 liver cancer deaths in Zhongshan from 1970 to 2010.The death number，crude rate and ASR world for male were 5484，22.88/105 and 27.13/105 respectively，and for female were 1290，5.40/105 and 5.67/105 respectively，with male incidence higher than female. An obvious increasing trend for the male and both gender mortality and a stable trend for the female mortality from1970 to 2010 was seen in Zhongshan. the age-specific mortality increased quickly after age 35，and peaked at 65～age years old，with the same pattern for the age-specific mortality rates in different periods，but different mortality trend for different age groups from1970 to 2010. ［Conclusions］ The mortality of liver cancer especially male in Zhongshan is at high level worldwide and middle-high level nationwide from1970 to 2010，and the male mortality increased obviously. It suggested that liver cancer control should be enhanced in Zhongshan. |
