| 摘 要：［目的］ 分析中山市1970~2010年肝癌发病概况，为中山市肝癌防治提供科学依据。［方法］ 收集整理1970~2010年中山市肿瘤登记资料中的肝癌发病资料，统计分析其发病数、粗率、中标率、世标率等指标。［结果］ 1970~2010年中山市肝癌发病7646例，其中男性6183例，发病粗率和世标率分别为25.80/10万和30.41/10万，女性发病1463例，发病粗率和世标率分别为6.13/10万和6.46/10万，男性发病高于女性。1970~2010年肝癌发病总体上升，但男性与男女合计发病上升主要在1970~1978和1995~2010年时段，女性主要在1970~1977年时段，男性上升趋势明显。肝癌发病30岁后迅速上升，男性75~岁组、合计65~岁组达高峰，女性80+年龄组达高峰。不同时段年龄别发病模式基本相同，而不同年龄组发病趋势不同，50岁之前相对稳定，50岁后明显上升。［结论］ 中山市肝癌发病尤其男性位于世界较高和中国中上水平，且男性发病明显上升，提示应加强尤其男性肝癌防治。 |

| Abstract：［Purpose］ To explore the incidence of liver cancer in Zhongshan，1970-2010，and to provide scientific information for its control and prevention in Zhongshan. ［Methods］The incidence data of liver cancer in Zhongshan，1970-2010，which came from Zhongshan Cancer Registry were collected. The incidence numbers，crude rates，age-standardized rates by Chinese standard population (ASR China)，age-standardized rates by world standard population (ASR world) were calculated. ［Results］ There were 7646 new liver cancer cases in Zhongshan ，1970-2010. The incidence number，crude rate and ASR world for male were 6183，25.80/105 and 30.41/105，respectively，and for female were 1463，6.13/105 and 6.46/105，respectively，with male incidence much higher than female. Generally，there was increasing trend for its incidence in Zhongshan during the period，but the male and both gender incidence mainly increased in 1970-1978 and 1995-2010，and female mainly in 1970-1977. The age-specific incidence increased quickly from age 30，peaked at age 75～ for male，80+ for female and 65～for both gender. The age specific incident patterns in Zhongshan in different periods were basically the same，but with different incidence trend for different age groups，before age 50 it kept stable，but increased significantly after age 50. ［Conclusion］ The incidence of liver cancer especial male in Zhongshan，1970-2010 were at high level nationwide and worldwide，and the male incidence increased obviously. It suggested that liver cancer control in Zhongshan should be enhanced. |
