| 摘 要：［目的］ 分析2011年湖南省肿瘤登记地区恶性肿瘤发病死亡情况。［方法］ 对2011年湖南省肿瘤登记地区恶性肿瘤发病死亡数据进行分析，计算发病率、死亡率、顺位等指标，中标率标准人口采用1982年人口普查的人口构成，世标率标准人口采用Segi’s世界人口构成。［结果］ 2011年湖南省6个肿瘤登记点新发病例5794例，死亡病例3675例。恶性肿瘤发病率为 193.82／10万，中标率为114.26/10万，世标率为145.70/10万。 城市地区恶性肿瘤发病率为203.94/10万，而农村地区恶性肿瘤发病率为190.17/10万(χ2=5.70，P＜0.05)。男性发病前5位是肺癌、肝癌、胃癌、直肠癌和鼻咽癌；女性发病前5位是肺癌、乳腺癌、宫颈癌、肝癌和胃癌。2011年湖南省肿瘤登记地区居民恶性肿瘤死亡率为122.93／10 万，中标率为59.05/10万，世标率为90.80/10万。湖南省肿瘤登记地区死亡率前5位为肺癌、 肝癌、胃癌、直肠癌和食管癌。［结论］ 肺癌、肝癌、胃癌、直肠癌、鼻咽癌、乳腺癌以及宫颈癌是湖南省发病率、死亡率较高的恶性肿瘤，应作为湖南省恶性肿瘤防治的主要癌种。 |

| Abstract：［Purpose］ To investigate the cancer incidence and mortality in cancer registries of Hunan province，2011.［Methods］ The data of new cases and death cases were collected from cancer registries in Hunan province. Incidence，mortality and proportions were analyzed. Chinese population sensus in 1982 and Segi’s population were used for age-standardized incidence. ［Results］ The estimates of new cancer cases and cancer deaths were 5794 and 3675 respectively in 2011. The cancer incidence in Hunan province was 193.82/105 and age-standardized incidence rates by Chinese standard population(ASR China) and by world standard population(ASR world) were 114.26/105 and 145.70/105，respectively. The cancer incidence in urban areas was higher than that in rural areas(203.94/105 vs 190.17/105，χ2=5.70，P<0.05). The top 5 incidence cancers in male were lung cancer，liver cancer，gastric cancer，rectum cancer and nasopharyngeal cancer，which in female were lung cancer，breast cancer，cervical cancer，liver cancer and gastric cancer. The cancer mortality of cancer registry areas in Hunan in 2011 was 122.93/105，ASR China mortality and ASR world mortality were 59.05/105 and 90.80/105 respectively. The top 5 mortality cancers were lung cancer，liver cancer，gastric cancer，rectum cancer and esophageal cancer. ［Conclusion］ Lung cancer，liver cancer，gastric cancer，rectum cancer，nasopharyngeal cancer，breast cancer and cervical cancer are the major cancers to threaten resident’s health in Hunan，cancer prevention and control in the future should be enhanced，especially on these cancers. |
