| 摘 要：［目的］ 评估2011年我国脑瘤发病与死亡情况。［方法］ 按照全国肿瘤登记中心制定的审核方法和评价标准对全国234个肿瘤登记处上报的2011年肿瘤登记数据进行整理和评估，共177个登记处的数据符合标准作为汇总数据。177个登记处覆盖人口共175 310 169人。按地区（城乡）、性别、年龄别、肿瘤别发病率和死亡率分层，然后结合2011年全国人口数据，估计全国脑瘤发病、死亡情况。中国2000年全国人口普查的人口结构和Segi’s世界人口结构作为标准人口计算年龄标准化率。［结果］ 2011年全国肿瘤登记地区脑瘤新发病例数为87 220例，发病率为6.47/10万，中标率为5.24/10万，世标率为5.14/10万，占全部恶性肿瘤发病的2.59%，位居全部恶性肿瘤发病的第9位。男性脑瘤发病率为6.27/10万，世标率为5.13/10万；女性脑瘤发病率为6.69/10万，世标率为5.17/10万。 城市地区和农村地区脑瘤中标发病率分别为5.13/10万和5.35/10万。2011年因脑瘤死亡病例数为50 777例，死亡率为3.77/10 万，中标率为2.95/10 万，世标率为2.94/10 万，位居全部恶性肿瘤死亡第8位。男性脑瘤死亡28 543例，死亡率为4.13/10万，女性死亡22 234例，死亡率为3.39/10万。城市地区和农村地区脑瘤中标死亡率分别为2.69/10万和3.22/10万。［结论］ 2011年我国女性脑瘤发病率较高，农村地区脑瘤发病率有明显上升趋势，应加强脑瘤的预防与控制工作。 |

| Abstract：［Purpose］ To estimated incidence and mortality of brain and nervous system cancer in China.［Methods］ On basis of the methods and criteria of data quality control made by National Cancer Center，177 registries’ data qualified from 234 submitted registries after data clearance and assessment as pooled data. All 177 cancer registries covered a total population of 175 310 169. The data was stratified by area (urban/rural)，gender，age group and cancer site，incidence and mortality were calculated combined with national population in 2011. Chinese population census in 2000 and Segi’s population were used for age-standardized incidence/mortality. ［Results］ It was estimated that new cases and deaths of brain and nervous system cancer were 87 220 and 50 777 in 2011，respectively. The crude incidence in China was 6.47/105(male 6.27/105，female 6.69/105)，age-standardized incidence by Chinese standard population(ASR China) and by world standard population(ASR world) were 5.24/105 and 5.14/105，accounted for 2.59% of whole cancer. The brain and nervous system cancer incidence and ASR China were 6.53/105 and 6.41/105 in urban areas，whereas 5.13/105 and 5.35/105 in rural areas， respectively. The crude mortality in China was 3.77/105(male 4.13/105，female 3.39/105)，age-standardized mortality by Chinese standard population and by world standard population were 2.95/105 and 2.94/105. The crude cancer mortality of brain and nervous system and ASR China were 3.55/105 and 4.00/105 in urban areas compared with 2.69/105 and 3.22/105 in rural areas，respectively. ［Conclusions］ The female incidence of brain and nervous system cancer is relatively high in the world. The incidence of rural areas is increasing. The prevention and control for brain，nervous system cancer must be strengthened. |
