| 摘 要：随着现代化管理方法应用于医院，医疗设备管理成为医院后勤管理中的重要一环。如何将大卫生的理念和管理方法应用于医疗设备的管理，如何在管理中提高工作效率与加强全程的质量控制值得思考。全文对现阶段医院设备管理状况进行分析，针对主要环节进行管理方法应用与改进，以完善医疗设备管理，提高工作效率。 |

| Abstract：With modern management methods using in hospitals，medical equipment management has become an important part of logistics management in hospital. How to implant big health management ideas and management methods in medical equipments? How to improve efficiency and quality management? the status of equipment management in hospital and improved the management method in the key step to achieve the goal of completing management of medical equipment and improving efficiency were described in this paper. |
