| 摘 要：建立“拔尖人才库”是我院培养人才的重要举措，2001年组建至今，通过公平选拔、科学管理及激励，成效显著，培养了一大批科技骨干。全文通过总结拔尖人才培养的做法和经验，就进一步做好人才培养工作，提出三条建议：扩大培养对象的专业类型、建立专业差异化的评价指标体系和多层次培养人才。从而推动人才梯队建设，促进各学科发展。 |

| Abstract：Establishment of “top-notch talent pool” is an important measure of cultivating talents in Liaoning Provincial Cancer Hospital，formed in 2001 so far，through fair selection，scientific management and incentive，which had notable effect，trained a large number of scientific and technological backbones. This article summarized the practices and experience of top-notch talent cultivation，to further improve talent training work，and to put forward three suggestions：expanding the types of professional training，establishing professional difference of evaluation index system and multi-level training. So as to promote the construction of talents，promote the development of various subjects. |
