摘 要:建立“拔尖人才库”是我院培养人才的重要举措,2001年组建至今,通过公平选拔、科学管理及激励,成效显著,培养了一大批科技骨干。全文通过总结拔尖人才培养的做法和经验,就进一步做好人才培养工作,提出三条建议:扩大培养对象的专业类型、建立专业差异化的评价指标体系和多层次培养人才。从而推动人才梯队建设,促进各学科发展。 |

Abstract:Establishment of “top-notch talent pool” is an important measure of cultivating talents in Liaoning Provincial Cancer Hospital,formed in 2001 so far,through fair selection,scientific management and incentive,which had notable effect,trained a large number of scientific and technological backbones. This article summarized the practices and experience of top-notch talent cultivation,to further improve talent training work,and to put forward three suggestions:expanding the types of professional training,establishing professional difference of evaluation index system and multi-level training. So as to promote the construction of talents,promote the development of various subjects. |
