| Abstract：Disciplinary construction is the core task of the hospital development，as well as the top priority of long-term planning. Liaoning Cancer Hospital actively adjusted management strategies，established the office of disciplines construction，and promulgated a series of support policies and management measures for key discipline，promoted the adjustments of talent gradient and introduction of special talent. The core objective was to speedy transform clinical-oriented specialized hospital to a research-oriented hospital. |
