| 摘 要：［目的］ 了解2010年石河子市肺癌发病与死亡的流行特征，为肺癌的预防控制提供科学依据。［方法］ 根据石河子市肿瘤登记处2010年登记的恶性肿瘤发病及死亡资料，统计和分析肺癌粗发病率、粗死亡率、年龄别发病率、年龄别死亡率、中标率及世标率。 ［结果］ 2010年石河子市肺癌新发病例176例，死亡病例68例，肺癌发病率为30.70/10万（男性39.83/10万，女性21.23/10万），中标率为20.80/10万，世标率为15.21/10万；肺癌死亡率为11.86/10万（男性17.32/10万，女性6.33/10万），中标率为6.92/10万，世标率为9.36/10万。肺癌发病率和死亡率均为男性高于女性，且随着年龄的增长而升高(χ2趋势发病=304.86，P<0.001；χ2趋势死亡=69.544，P<0.001)。［结论］ 石河子市肺癌发病率和死亡率均高于世界平均水平，应加强肺癌综合防控措施，提高早诊早治水平，有效降低石河子市肺癌流行水平。 |

| Abstract：［Purpose］ To investigate the epidemiological characteristics of lung cancer in Shihezi city，to provide the evidence for prevention and control of lung cancer.［Methods］ The registered cancer data of incidence and mortality in 2010 from the Shihezi cancer registry was collected. The crude incidence and mortality，age-specific incidence and mortality rates，age-standardized incidence rates by Chinese standard population (ASR China) and by world standard population (ASR world) were calculated respectively.［Results］ The total new cancer incident and cancer death cases were 176 and 68 respectively. The crude incidence of lung cancer in Shihezi city in 2010 was 30.70/105(39.83/105 in male，21.23/105 in female)，and the ASR China and ASR world were 20.80/105 and 15.21/105 respectively. In addition，the crude mortality of lung cancer in Shihezi city in 2010 was 11.86/105(17.32/105 in male，6.33/105 in female)，and the ASR China and ASR world were 6.92/105 and 9.36/105. The incidence and mortality of lung cancer increased with age(χ2trend incidence=304.86，P<0.001；χ2trend mortality=69.544，P<0.001) . The incidence and mortality of lung cancer in male were higher than those in female. ［Conclusion］ The incidence and mortality of lung cancer in Shihezi are higher than those of global level. Some comprehensive measures should be carried out to prevent and control of lung cancer. |
