| 摘 要：对中国医学科学院肿瘤医院进步系数的设立及近四年绩效考评的数据进行汇总，分析进步系数的作用。进步系数的设立有效地完善了绩效考评体系，在鼓励后进科室和督促先进科室方面发挥重要作用。而且进步系数的设立是必要的，在绩效考评中发挥重要作用，且绩效考评体系也需要根据医院的发展需要持续完善。 |

| Abstract：In this paper，the role of progress index based on the collection of the data in the past four years after the establishment of the department performance evaluation system were analyzed. Establishment of progress index improved the performance evaluation system effectively，encouraging the backward sections and urging advanced ones. Also，the establishment of progress index is very necessary and it plays an important role in performance evaluation system. However，the evaluation system needs continuous improvement along with the development of hospital. |
