| 摘 要：医院文化是一个医院的精神和灵魂，是医院建设的重要组成部分和改革创新的强大动力，更是一个医院软实力的重要象征。全文通过对新疆医科大学附属肿瘤医院文化建设的现状调查、外部环境评估、内部环境分析，探索运用企业识别系统设计医院文化，对其他医院在医院文化建设上有一定的参考价值。 |

| Abstract：Hospital culture is the spirit and soul of a hospital，an important part of the hospital construction and a powerful force of reform and innovation，an important symbol of soft power of a hospital. In this paper，we investigat the present situation of construction of hospital culture in the Affiliated Tumor Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University，external environment evaluation，internal environment analysis，and designed hospital culture using the corporate identity system in order to provide a reference of the construction of hospital culture for other hospitals. |
