| 摘 要：输卵管系膜囊肿是临床常见的盆腔良性病变，多源于胚胎残留组织或间皮细胞增生，仅少数存在交界性或恶性潜能。其临床表现缺乏特异性，约70%患者无特异性症状，部分患者可因囊肿增大、扭转、破裂时出现急腹症就诊，术前易与卵巢囊肿、输卵管积液等混淆，误诊率较高。本共识基于循证医学证据及临床经验，建立输卵管系膜囊肿标准化的诊疗路径，为临床提供参考。 |

| Abstract： Mesosalpinx cyst is a common benign pelvic lesion in clinical practice， mostly originating from embryonic remnants or mesothelial cell proliferation， with rare cases exhibiting borderline or malignant potential. Clinical manifestations are nonspecific; approximately 70% of patients are asymptomatic. Some patients may present with acute abdomen due to cyst enlargement， torsion， or rupture. Preoperatively， it is easily misdiagnosed as ovarian cysts or hydrosalpinx， leading to a high rate of misdiagnosis. This consensus， based on evidence-based medical evidence and clinical experience， establishes a standardized diagnostic and therapeutic pathway for mesosalpinx cysts to provide a reference for clinical practice. |
