| 摘 要：恶性黑色素瘤是一种高度侵袭性的恶性肿瘤，其治疗一直面临巨大挑战。溶瘤病毒作为一种新型肿瘤免疫治疗方法，在恶性黑色素瘤的治疗中展现出独特的优势和潜力。全文系统综述了溶瘤病毒的分类、作用机制、单药与联合治疗（包括免疫检查点抑制剂、放化疗、靶向治疗及细胞疗法）的临床疗效，以及新辅助治疗策略的进展，并分析了目前面临的主要挑战和未来发展方向，旨在为溶瘤病毒在恶性黑色素瘤治疗中的进一步研究和临床应用提供参考。 |

| Abstract： Malignant melanoma is a highly aggressive malignancy whose treatment remains a major challenge. Oncolytic virus therapy， as a novel tumor immunotherapy approach， has shown unique advantages and potential in the treatment of malignant melanoma. This review systematically summarizes the classification， mechanisms of action of oncolytic viruses， the clinical efficacy of monotherapy and combination therapies (including immune checkpoint inhibitor， radiotherapy， chemotherapy， targeted therapy， and cell therapy)， as well as progress on neoadjuvant therapy strategies. Furthermore， it analyzes the current major challenges and future directions， aiming to provide a reference for further research and clinical application of oncolytic virus therapy in the treatment of malignant melanoma. |
