      摘 要:肺腺鳞癌(adenosquamous carcinoma of the lung,ASC)是一种罕见且高度侵袭性的非小细胞肺癌亚型,兼具腺癌与鳞癌成分,诊断需依赖术后完整标本的病理与免疫组化分析,预后明显差于单一亚型。ASC同时包含腺癌和鳞癌成分,但其临床特征与其他非小细胞肺癌存在显著差异,表明ASC并非两者的简单混合,而是具有独特分子表型的复杂癌种。目前对ASC的研究仍较缺乏,主要因其分子机制复杂且病理起源尚未明确,认知的不足限制了ASC的早期诊断与治疗,迄今尚未形成成熟有效的治疗方案体系。全文总结了ASC的分子特征、临床特点,以及诊治上的进展,希望有助于理解肺癌表型转换、肿瘤发生起源及异质性等问题,以推动其个体化诊治策略的发展。

      Abstract: Adenosquamous carcinoma of the lung (ASC) is a rare and highly aggressive subtype of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), defined by the coexistence of both adenocarcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma components. Its diagnosis depends on comprehensive pathological and immunohistochemical examination of complete surgical specimens, and patients with ASC have a significantly poorer prognosis than those with pure adenocarcinoma or squamous cell carcinoma. Although it comprises two distinct histological elements, ASC exhibits unique clinical characteristics that distinguish it from other NSCLC subtypes, suggesting it represents a distinct entity with a specific molecular phenotype rather than a simple collision tumor. Current understanding of ASC remains limited, primarily due to its complex molecular mechanisms and unresolved pathological origins. This knowledge gap impedes early diagnosis and the establishment of standard treatment guidelines. This review summarizes recent advances in the molecular features, clinical characteristics, diagnosis, and management of ASC, aiming to provide insights into lung cancer phenotypic plasticity, tumor evolution, and heterogeneity, thereby facilitating the development of personalized therapeutic approaches.
