| 摘 要：形体管理在乳腺癌患者全生命周期管理中占有重要地位，随着新的医学和护理证据不断累积，中国抗癌协会乳腺癌整合护理专业委员会召集乳腺外科、肿瘤内科、皮肤科护理管理等护理领域的专家，共同商讨制定了本共识。共识对乳腺癌患者治疗相关的形象修复措施进行了具体阐述，以期可以为各乳腺专科领域人员进行患者形体管理提供同质化建议，提高照护的规范化，最终改善患者的生活质量。 |

| Abstract： Body image management plays a significant role in the full-life cycle care of breast cancer patients. With the continuous accumulation of new medical and nursing evidence， the Breast Cancer Integrated Nursing Professional Committee of the China Anti-Cancer Association convened experts from various fields of nursing， including breast surgery， medical oncology， dermatology and nursing to jointly discuss and formulate this expert consensus. The consensus provides a detailed elaboration on image restoration measures related to the treatment of breast cancer patients， aiming to offer standardized recommendations for body image management to professionals in various breast cancer specialties， improve the standardization of care， and ultimately enhance patients’ quality of life. |
