      摘 要:自噬是一种重要的细胞内分解代谢过程,在肿瘤学领域作为有前景的治疗靶点受到广泛关注。全文概述了自噬的过程和关键分子通路,并总结了近期在食管鳞状细胞癌联合治疗策略中涉及自噬调节的研究进展。①抑制细胞保护性自噬以克服治疗耐药性;②协同靶向自噬-细胞凋亡轴以增强杀伤力;③干扰自噬介导的细胞周期失调以抑制肿瘤增殖。通过整合当前的临床前证据,旨在为食管鳞状细胞癌提出新的治疗途径。
英文摘要:
      Abstract: Autophagy, a crucial intracellular catabolic process, has gained significant attention as a promising target in oncology. This review outlines the process and key molecular pathways of autophagy, and synthesizes recent advances in combined therapeutic strategies for esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) that involve autophagy modulation. ①Suppressing cytoprotective autophagy to overcome therapy resistance. ②Co-targeting the autophagy-apoptosis axis for synergistic lethality. ③Interfering with autophagy-mediated cell cycle dysregulation to inhibit tumor proliferation. By integrating current preclinical evidence, this review aims to propose novel therapeutic avenues for ESCC.
