| 摘 要：血小板在组织重塑、伤口愈合和血管完整性维持等生理过程中具有重要的作用，血小板也与恶性肿瘤的发生及进展相关。肿瘤相关的炎症因子可诱导血小板数量异常升高，不仅助力肿瘤新生血管的生成，还能增强肿瘤的侵袭性和转移。血小板增多会抑制机体抗肿瘤免疫反应，促进肿瘤细胞对化疗产生耐药性，从而加速病情恶化。血小板增多症常提示较高的肿瘤负荷和较差的生存预后，可能成为评估妇科肿瘤患者预后的重要标志物。针对血小板的治疗或可作为妇科恶性肿瘤潜在的辅助治疗手段，亟需进一步的科学研究和临床试验以验证其有效性。 |

| Abstract： Platelets play important roles in physiological processes such as tissue remodeling， wound healing， and maintenance of vascular integrity. They are also involved in the carcinogensis and progression of malignant tumors. Tumor associated inflammatory factors can induce an abnormal increase in platelet counts， which not only facilitates tumor angiogenesis but also enhances tumor invasiveness and metastasis. Elevated platelet counts can suppress the host’s anti tumor immune response and promote chemotherapy resistance in tumor cells， thereby accelerating disease progression. Thrombocytosis often indicates a higher tumor burden and poorer survival prognosis， and may serve as an important marker for prognostic evaluation in patients with gynecological malignancies. Therapies targeting platelets represent a potential adjuvant treatment for gynecological cancers， yet further scientific research and clinical trials are urgently needed to validate their efficacy. |
