| 摘 要:铜死亡是近年来发现的一种新型程序性细胞死亡方式,可通过铜离子超载诱导线粒体功能障碍、氧化应激及三羧酸循环紊乱而造成细胞毒性作用,其调控失衡与肿瘤发生及进展密切相关。长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA,lncRNA)是一类长度超过200个核苷酸且缺乏蛋白质编码功能的RNA分子,在肿瘤的发生及进展中扮演着关键调控角色。随着研究的深入,铜死亡相关lncRNA在胃癌中的调控机制与临床应用价值成为新的研究热点。全文系统综述铜死亡的核心分子机制及其相关lncRNA在胃癌中的调控作用,分析铜死亡相关lncRNA在胃癌预后评估、免疫治疗、化疗及靶向治疗敏感性中的研究现状,旨在为胃癌的精准诊疗提供新的理论依据与研究思路。 |

| Abstract: Cuproptosis is a newly discovered type of programmed cell death. It can induce mitochondrial dysfunction, oxidative stress, and tricarboxylic acid cycle disturbance caused by copper ion overload, thereby exerting cytotoxic effects. Dysregulation of cuproptosis is closely associated with tumorigenesis and cancer progression. Long non-coding RNA(lncRNA) refers to a class of RNA molecules longer than 200 nucleotides without protein-coding potential, which plays a crucial regulatory role in carcinogenesis and progression. With further research, the regulatory mechanisms and clinical application value of cuproptosis-related lncRNAs in gastric cancer have become a new research hotspot. This paper systematically reviews the core molecular mechanisms of cuproptosis and the regulatory roles of related lncRNAs in gastric cancer, focusing on the research progress of cuproptosis-related lncRNAs in gastric cancer prognosis evaluation, immunotherapy, chemotherapy, and targeted therapy sensitivity, aiming to provide new theoretical basis and research insights for the precise diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer. |
