| 摘 要：唾液腺癌是一种罕见且高度异质性的恶性肿瘤，由于其发病率低、病理类型复杂，指导临床诊断与治疗的证据极为有限，因而有必要对唾液腺癌的诊疗形成共识。本共识对唾液腺癌的诊断、治疗（手术治疗为主辅以放疗与内科治疗）和随访等内容进行阐述并总结，以期更好地为临床提供决策借鉴。 |

| Abstract： Salivary gland carcinoma is a rare and highly heterogeneous malignancy. Due to its low incidence and complex histopathological subtypes， evidence guiding clinical diagnosis and treatment is extremely limited， necessitating the establishment of a diagnostic and therapeutic consensus. This consensus elaborates and summarizes the diagnosis， treatment (primarily surgery， complemented by radiotherapy and medical oncology)， and follow-up of salivary gland carcinoma， aiming to provide valuable insights for clinical decision-making. |
