| 摘 要：胃癌具有较高的发病率及死亡率。近年来PD-1/PD-L1抑制剂因其高疗效及低副作用等特性成为研究热点，并且随着对肿瘤微环境的深入研究，发现肿瘤相关中性粒细胞（tumor-associated neutrophils，TANs）能影响PD-1/PD-L1在胃癌中的治疗效果。全文分析TANs、PD-1/PD-L1与胃癌的关系及免疫治疗的进展，TANs影响PD-1/PD-L1在胃癌中的治疗及耐药的具体作用机制，以及 TANs与PD-1/PD-L1治疗胃癌的当前挑战。 |

| Abstract： Gastric cancer has a high incidence and mortality. In recent years， programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1)/programmed cell death ligand 1 (PD-L1) inhibitors have become a research hotspot due to their high therapeutic efficacy and low side effects. With the in-depth study of the tumor microenvironment， it has been found that tumor associated neutrophils (TANs) can affect the therapeutic efficacy of PD-1/PD-L1 in gastric cancer. This paper analyzes the relationship between TANs， PD-1/PD-L1 and gastric cancer， as well as the progress of immunotherapy， the specific mechanism by which TANs affect the treatment efficacy and drug resistance of PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors in gastric cancer， and the current challenges in utilizing TANs and PD-1/PD-L1 for the treatment of gastric cancer. |
