| 摘 要：全文系统评述重离子治疗在胰腺癌等多种实体瘤中的临床应用现状，深入剖析其克服肿瘤乏氧微环境、诱导免疫原性细胞死亡的分子机制，并展望联合免疫治疗、多离子精准治疗及人工智能自适应放疗等前沿技术。尽管面临设施稀缺、成本高昂等挑战，重离子治疗正从突破性技术向多种难治性肿瘤的基石治疗方案演进，为全球癌症患者带来生存改善新希望。 |

| Abstract： This paper systematically reviews the current clinical application status of heavy ion therapy in pancreatic cancer and other solid tumors， deeply analyzes its molecular mechanisms in overcoming tumor hypoxic microenvironment and inducing immunogenic cell death， and discusses the prospects of integrating immunotherapy， multi-ion precision therapy， and artificial intelligence adaptive radiotherapy. Despite challenges such as scarce facilities and high costs， heavy ion therapy is evolving from a breakthrough technology to a cornerstone treatment regimen for refractory malignant tumors， bringing new hope for survival improvement to patients worldwide. |
